Al checkout potrai scegliere il corriere con cui spedire il tuo ordine: GLS, DHL o Dachser/Fercam. Tuttavia, ci riserviamo il diritto di optare per un corriere diverso se il pacco è troppo grande rispetto a quello scelto.
Ad esempio, molti ordini sono spediti tramite pallet a fronte delle grandi dimensioni dei camini.

Pallet delivery
Large, valuable or heavy fireplaces (over 30 kg) are delivered free of charge by a courier to the kerbside.
Our carrier always contacts you in advance to arrange delivery.
Carry-in service
Would you like the fireplace to be carried inside? Get in touch with us about the options. The estimated cost for this service is £149 and applies under the following conditions:
- Delivery to a maximum of 1 place of your choice (e.g. the living room)
- Paved access route of no more than 100 meters
- Up to the 4th floor (without a lift) or 1st basement level
- All passages are clear and can be passed without tools
- Max. 30 minutes of unloading time
- Return of the pallet, film and strapping is included.
