6. Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days.
Estimated delivery times are typically within 3 working days after dispatch but are estimates only. If you want a specific timeframe, please contact us.
Deliveries are available to mainland Europe. Certain islands and remote locations may not be covered by standard delivery rates. If you live outside of mainland Europe, please contact our customer service team for a specific shipping quote.
Delivery is normally made to a ground floor entrance only (kerbside delivery). Drivers are not required to carry goods inside the property.
Please note that driver assistance with unloading heavy items cannot be guaranteed.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence or access restrictions, additional delivery charges may apply.
If you request the courier to leave the goods unattended, this is done at your own risk.
While we will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control such as severe weather, transport disruption, supplier delays or other unforeseen events.
7. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the withdrawal period may begin when the final part of the order is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may contact us by email, phone or through our returns form. You may also use the standard withdrawal form where applicable.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty or not in conformity with the contract.
You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop. If you handle the goods beyond this, you may be liable for any resulting reduction in their value.
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an applicable legal exception applies, including certain goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods. Any applicable exception will be stated before purchase.
In addition to your statutory withdrawal rights, we may offer an extended voluntary return period. The terms of any such voluntary return policy will be stated separately.
9. Refunds
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for the payments received from you, not including the standard delivery costs applicable to the order.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and, in accordance with applicable law, generally no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods
Please inspect your goods upon delivery and contact us if they arrive damaged, defective or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
If goods are damaged in transit, we may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us resolve the matter efficiently. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Consumers within the EU benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity for goods, subject to the applicable national rules. If goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.
The specific remedies and time limits may vary according to the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
11. Installation and Safety
Some products sold on our website require correct installation and safe use.
You are responsible for ensuring that products are installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws, regulations and safety requirements.
Where professional installation is recommended or required, we strongly recommend using a suitably qualified professional.
We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by incorrect installation, improper use, modification of the product or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We recommend that installation services are not arranged until the goods have been received and inspected.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other mandatory liability under applicable consumer protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of business or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under the laws applicable to their purchase.

Where applicable, consumers may also have access to an approved alternative dispute resolution body in their country of residence.
Information about available consumer dispute resolution bodies can be found through the European Commission's Consumer Redress service.
16. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of this website is also governed by our separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, unless mandatory provisions of the law applicable to you as a consumer provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, the choice of Danish law will not deprive you of the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence where applicable.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your right, where applicable, to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
18. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
